At the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza Esedra to begin this exciting wine experience, learning about the world of wine in ancient Rome.

We'll start with a drive through the picturesque vineyards around Pompeii, discovering the types of grapes and winemaking processes of the Campania region.

The excursion continues with a guided tour of a winery, where we will learn about Roman wine-making techniques and the use of amphorae as in ancient Pompeii. You'll witness the dedication of local winegrowers in the process.

We'll see a preserved wine storage and refining chamber, furnished with barrels and amphorae, providing insight into how wine was stored and refined.

Next, we'll proceed to the winery's dining room for a tasting of red, white, and sparkling wines. Following this, we'll enjoy lunch or dinner, based on your selected time, paired with exceptional local wines and dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

After lunch, we'll return to Pompeii station, concluding our tour after 2.5 hours.
