Buggy Tour

When making your booking, you can choose one of the two following routes:

Half-day tour (4 hours)

We'll meet at Rua Eng Alberto Rodrigues, and leaving from Ponta Delgada, we will take our buggies to the northwest of the island. We will reach the crater of the Sete Cidades volcano, with views of the blue and green lagoons. We will stop at viewpoints to take in the lagoon surroundings before returning to the meeting point.

Full-day tour (8 hours)

This tour includes the same first part as the half-day option, then we will head to Baia do Silêncio for a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will visit the Vista do Rei viewpoint before proceeding to the Laguna de Santiago and the Cerrado das Freiras Viewpoint, concluding in Ponta Delgada.

Important Information

To drive the buggy, you must have a valid driving license to show to the guide. Driving is not compulsory.You can still take the tour as a passenger if you do not wish to drive. The price is per person and is the same for both drivers and passengers.Participants wishing to drive must sign a liability statement.A deposit of 500 EUR per vehicle paid by credit card will be required and returned 72 hours after the tour.
