Buggy Tour

When booking, choose between two routes:

Half-day tour (4 hours)

Meet at Rua Eng Alberto Rodrigues, leave from Ponta Delgada, and head northwest. Travel through the green inland countryside to the Sete Cidades volcano crater, with views of the blue and green lagoons. Stop at viewpoints to appreciate the area before returning to the meeting point.

Full-day tour (8 hours)

This tour includes all aspects of the half-day option, then continues after visiting the crater to Baia do Silêncio for a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Post-lunch, visit the Vista do Rei viewpoint for stunning views, followed by Laguna de Santiago and Cerrado das Freiras Viewpoint, concluding in Ponta Delgada.

Important Information

A valid driving license is required to drive the buggy, which must be shown to the guide. Driving is not mandatory.If without a license or not wishing to drive, you may still participate as a passenger. Pricing is the same for both roles.Participants wishing to drive must sign a liability statement before the activity.A deposit of 500EUR per vehicle is required by credit card, refundable within 72 hours post-tour.
