Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at João Bosco Mota Amaral Avenue in Ponta Delgada and get on a jeep to drive to the coastal town of Vila Franca do Campo. This village is renowned for the volcanic islet visible from its port. You'll be captivated!

We'll discover all that nature has to offer on the route as we head to the island's interior. Our next stop will be Furnas, a small town located within the caldera of a volcano. Here, we'll view its pools full of bubbling water and other natural features.

Afterwards, we'll stop for a traditional lunch in a local restaurant. Our final stop will be Gorreana's tea plantations to sample one of the island's famous infusions.

Finally, after 8 hours of touring, we'll return to Ponta Delgada.
