In this quad tour around São Miguel, we'll enjoy the lush nature of the Azores Islands in a unique, fun, and exciting route!

São Miguel Quad Tour

When you book, you can choose between a 4-hour and an 8-hour tour. In both cases, we'll meet at the chosen time at Rua Eng Alberto Rodrigues de Ponta Delgada.

4-Hour Tour

We'll set off from Ponta Delgada and head northwest to the Sete Cidades Massif, riding along the edge of this volcanic crater. We will stop at various locations to admire the landscape, including the twin lakes of the Lagoa das Sete Cidades. At the end of the tour, we'll return south to São Miguel.

8-Hour Tour

The 8-hour tour follows the same route as the 4-hour tour. Next, we'll visit the Baía do Silencio for a panoramic view of São Miguel. A buffet lunch will be provided in a local restaurant. After lunch, we will continue to Ponta da Ferraria and explore the landscape before heading back to São Miguel.

Requirements

Each quad can hold a maximum of 2 people; a pilot and a passenger, who can take turns driving if requirements are met. To drive, you must be over 18 and hold a valid driving licence in Portugal. A credit card deposit of 500 EUR per vehicle is required, refundable 72 hours after the tour. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

Minibus Tour

If the group exceeds 8 people, the same route will be taken by minibus.
