Sete Cidades Hiking Tour

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ponta Delgada and head by minibus to the east of São Miguel, where we'll begin exploring hiking trails full of vegetation. We will then climb to one of the highest points on São Miguel: the Serra Devassa.

We'll take a stroll along the trail leading to the Grota do Inferno with views above the Sete Cidades Lake, a lagoon formed in a volcanic crater, showing two distinct colors: green and blue.

After enjoying the panoramic view of Sete Cidades, we'll return to Ponta Delgada via a different route, passing several springs along the way. We will also stop briefly at the Vista del Rey viewpoint for one of the best views on the island. The activity will conclude after 3.5 hours.
