Participants will meet at Avenida João Bosco Mota Amaral in Ponta Delgada, from where they will walk to the Ponta Delgada port to board a boat sailing along the island's south coast.

A guide, specialized in Azorean wildlife, will provide insights into the habits of the region's whales, dolphins, and other marine mammals. Attendees will have the chance to observe these animals up close in their natural habitat.

The tour will uncover how marine mammals in Sao Miguel navigate the ocean currents at this latitude during their migrations. After the experience, the boat will return to Ponta Delgada port.
