Day Trip to the Coconuco Hot Springs

Join us on this excursion to the Coconuco hot springs to enjoy a day in a natural spa that has numerous health benefits. We'll also get to know the local indigenous culture and immerse ourselves in the spectacular Colombian landscapes.

Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Popayán and travel southeast for an hour and a half until we reach the Salinas hot springs in Coconuco.

Once there, a local guide will assist us in exploring the area, teaching us about the natural surroundings and the traditions of the indigenous population. The guide will also share insights into the medicinal properties of its waters.

After the tour, you'll have free time to bathe in the hot springs and enjoy the different health benefits.

To complete the day, we will have a traditional-style lunch consisting of a main dish accompanied by rice, salad, or soup.

After the meal, we'll return to your hotel in Popayán, concluding the excursion after a total of 7 hours.
