Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Popayán. Although it requires an early start, the allure of the Archaeological Park of San Agustin makes it a rewarding experience.

After a scenic 2.5-hour ride in an off-road vehicle, we'll pause briefly en route to the town of Isnos, where you'll enjoy a delightful traditional-style breakfast. Refreshed and re-energized, we'll proceed towards the Archaeological Park of San Agustin, renowned as one of Colombia's premier archaeological locales.

Your arrival will mark the beginning of an engaging exploration of the archaeological site, where the mysteries of pre-Columbian civilizations will be unveiled. This park is recognized as a World Heritage Site, a testament to its cultural significance.

Throughout the tour, you'll have the opportunity to admire over 500 intricately carved statues in volcanic stone, situated in the upper basin of the Magdalena River. This collection represents not only the largest megalithic assembly in Colombia but also the most extensive necropolis on the continent.
