Porec Free Tour

Let's kick off this free tour of Porec at the indicated time, starting from Trg Slobode Square, in front of the Church of Our Lady of the Angels.

After visiting this notable temple, we will walk along Ulica Decumanus, the main street of the old town. We will then visit the Peterokutna Kula, a 15th-century pentagonal defensive tower.

Next, we will stop at the Romanesque House, an ancient medieval building known for its masonry. Close by is the Euphrasian Basilica, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its intricate mosaics and significance in early Christian architecture.

We will continue to the remains of the ancient Roman temple of Neptune, built when the city was known as Parentium. During this stop, we will explore the imperial history of this strategically important Adriatic region.

Finally, after a 1.5-hour tour, we will conclude our free tour at Trg Marafor, the oldest square in Porec.
