Santa Cruz de la Sierra Museum Tour
At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel to start this tour of the main museums of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The tour will begin at the Museum of Sacred Art, located in the Metropolitan Cathedral, featuring silver pieces from the 17th and 18th centuries, portraits, jewelry, and liturgical objects.
Next, we will visit the Melchor Pinto Museum, which was the residence of the activist Melchor Pinto and contains his personal archives. Then, we will proceed to the Independence Museum to learn about this significant period in Bolivia's history.
Afterwards, we will go to the El Altillo Museum, focused on regional architecture. We will then explore the Arte Campo Museum, which showcases the artisan tradition of Santa Cruz de la Sierra through various samples of fabrics and elements representative of the region's ethnic groups.
We will conclude the tour at the last museum, around 12 noon.
