At 8 am we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to the first stop of the day: the National Palace, the Haitian President's official residence. You'll witness the impact of the earthquake that struck on January 12, 2010, destroying the palace. Learn about the history of the 18th-century building, including its previous reconstruction in the 20th century.

We'll continue to the Champs de Mars park and the Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral. Afterwards, we'll visit the Iron Market, where a variety of items from home gadgets to Vudu figures are available, reflecting one of the country's major religions.

Next, we will stop at the Barbancourt Rum Distillery to learn about the production process of the island's traditional drink, noted as one of the top five rums globally.

The tour will conclude at the L'Observatoire restaurant, where we will enjoy a traditional Haitian meal, including a main course, dessert, and a drink. We'll return to your hotel at 3 pm.
