Port of Spain + Maracas Beach

On this tour of Port of Spain, we'll explore the main parts of the city and go to Maracas Beach, the most beautiful in the north of Trinidad. Let's explore the island!

Description

We'll start this guided tour with pickup from your selected hotel in Port of Spain. The tour will focus on the history and culture of the capital of Trinidad and Tobago.

The first stop will be Independence Square, where we will see the Eric Williams Plaza, the tallest building in the city.

Next, we will pass by the Red House, the location of the Parliament of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. This building has significant historical importance due to its destruction and reconstruction in the early 20th century.

We will visit Queen's Savannah, the largest urban park in Trinidad and Tobago, covering over 1 square kilometre (0.4 square miles).

Following this, we will drive to the bay of Maracas, approximately a 40-minute journey offering scenic coastal views. At Maracas Beach, you can enjoy swimming in the clear waters. After 6 hours, we will return to the meeting point in Port of Spain.
