After picking you up from your hotel between 8:30 am and 9 am, we'll embark on a route through some of the Algarve. Our first stop will be in the town of Silves to see its Arab castle, noted for being well preserved. We will then visit the cathedral, a gothic temple built on an old mosque site.
Continuing through the Serra de Monchique, a mountain range with lush slopes, we will ascend to Foiá, where panoramic views of the landscape and the Atlantic Ocean await. Next, we will visit the Portuguese parish of Marmelete for a traditional lunch. Afterward, we will head to the Costa Vicentina beaches, taking time to appreciate the views and photograph the cliffs.
We will then visit Cape St. Vincent, a 75-meter promontory featuring a lighthouse and an old fort, marking the southwesternmost point of Europe. Following this, we will pass through Sagres, known for its 15th-century strategic fortress. Finally, we will return to your hotel, arriving around 4 pm.
