On this tour from Portland, we'll visit Mount Hood and the Multnomah waterfalls, two significant natural sites in Oregon.
Description
This tour includes a visit to the highest point in Oregon and some of the most impressive natural landscapes in Portland. We will meet at 523 NE on 19th Avenue at the indicated time to start the Multnomah Falls and Mount Hood Tour.
We will travel by minibus to Mount Hood, located 90 kilometres (56 miles) from Portland. The area features waterfalls, glaciers, and the historic Timberline Lodge, constructed during the Great Depression and known as a skiing reference point. Along the journey, we will learn about the local culture and enjoy stunning landscapes.
The tour will also include a visit to the Multnomah waterfalls, which cascade 189 metres (620 feet) high and are among the most visited falls in Oregon.
After exploring Mount Hood, we will return to the meeting point in Portland after a 9-hour tour.
