Tour Options and Highlights

Day 1

Pickup from your Palmas hotel for a 6-day excursion into Jalapão State Park. First stop is the Taquarussu waterfalls, followed by a lunch break and adventure sports options. Dinner and overnight stay at the Taquarussu Hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast before heading to Jalapão State Park. We’ll visit the Japanese Lagoon of Puente Alto de Tocantins and have lunch. After checking into a hotel in Puente Alto, we will explore the rock formation of Pedra Furada and return for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast, we’ll visit the Rio Nuevo community and learn about their culture. Then enjoy a swim at the Nuevo River followed by a visit to the Jalapão dunes and the Espírito Santo mountain range. Dinner and overnight stay in Mateiros.

Day 4

Breakfast followed by a visit to the Fervedouros for a unique swimming experience. Lunch at a local restaurant, then learn about Golden Grass crafts in the community of Mumbuca. Return to Mateiros for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Breakfast at Mateiros Hotel and visit Fervedouro Buritizinho, then lunch at a local restaurant. Next stop is Fervedouro do Macaúbas with breathtaking views. Dinner and overnight stay in São Felix.

Day 6

Final breakfast before visiting Alecrim and Bela Vista springs. Lunch and return to Palmas by 7:30 PM.
