Aveiro and Costa Nova Day Trip + Boat Trip

On this day trip to Aveiro & Costa Nova, we will explore the coastal town known as the "Venice of Portugal" and visit one of the best beaches in Portugal.

Aveiro and Costa Nova Day Trip

We will meet at Sao Bento station at the indicated time and take a bus south to Aveiro.

After a 45-minute ride, we will arrive in Aveiro for a short walk through the historic center. You may be tempted to try the local sweet pastries, "Ovos Moles", a mix of egg yolk and sugar served in rice paper cases shaped like shells or fish.

Next, we will take a 45-minute ride on a traditional "Moliceiros" boat, similar to Venetian gondolas.

We will then head towards Costa Nova, one of the best beaches in Portugal, a popular location for water sports. We will pause to admire the scenery and capture pictures of the brightly painted houses.

Finally, we will return to Porto and conclude the tour at Rua de Alexandre Herculano after 4 hours of sightseeing.

Occasionally, the itinerary may change, visiting Costa Nova first and then Aveiro.
