Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Porto and depart for a 1-hour drive to the Peneda-Gerês National Park. Once we arrive, we'll explore this location, created in 1971, which is the only National Park in the country. The park was named a World Biosphere Reserve in 2009. The tour includes a visit to the famous Tahiti Waterfall where you'll have the opportunity to swim, and the Pedra Bela viewpoint to see views of the Gerés Valley and the Caniçada reservoir.
Before leaving, we'll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch surrounded by nature. The day trip concludes with a drop-off at your hotel, approximately 9 hours after pickup.
Pickup Info
If you're staying outside of Porto, head to the Statue of Vímara Peres on Calçada de Vandoma for pickup to start the tour.
