Porto Tuk Tuk Tour + Six Bridges Cruise

Enjoy the city of the six bridges on this tuk-tuk tour of Porto and cruise down the beautiful Douro River. You can also opt to combine this activity by visiting a winery with a wine tasting!

Activity Details

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Rua Corpo da Guarda, next to the São Bento station, to start the first part of the tour—a tuk-tuk ride to explore the city's most iconic monuments.

We'll go through the old town of Oporto, passing by its ancient walls, the outside of the São Bento train station, the Clérigos Tower, or the Cathedral.

During the tuk-tuk tour, the guide-driver will provide interesting facts about this city, a declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. It features one of the most beautiful book shops in the world, rumored to inspire J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series.

After a 50-minute ride, we'll finish at the starting point. You'll receive a ticket for a ride on a rabelo, a traditional boat for a 55-minute panoramic cruise on the Douro River to see the famous six bridges of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.

The boat trip starts at the Muelle de Gaia dock and can be done on the same day as the tuk-tuk tour or at any time within the next 30 days.

Port Wine Cellar Tour

Enhance your experience with an optional winery visit in Porto, which includes the tuk-tuk tour and Six Bridges cruise. The 30-minute tour features a tasting of two glasses of wine with an English-speaking guide at Burmester winery.

The winery visit can take place on the same day as the tuk-tuk tour or within the next 30 days.

Opening hours for the Six Bridges Cruise and the guided tour of the Port Wine Cellar are:

Six Bridges Cruise: Daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm (April to September) and from 11 am to 4 pm (October to March). The ticket is valid at any time on the Rota do Douro boats during operational hours, departing from Muelle de Gaia dock.Guided tour of a Port wine cellar: Daily from 11 am to 5 pm. After the tuk-tuk tour, you'll receive a ticket for winery visits, which can be made on the same day or within the next 30 days. You may choose between Bodega Burmester or Bodega Fonseca.For bookings at 6 pm, the winery visit and cruise cannot be done on the same day. You may schedule them for the next day or within the following 30 days.
