We will meet our English-speaking guide at 10 am in front of Porto Cathedral. Construction began in 1110, and it represents the Romanesque architectural style typical of the Middle Ages. The tour will commence with a visit to its interior to appreciate its architecture.

Next, we will explore Pena Ventosa, a small and colorful maze of streets. We will then arrive at Sao João street. The guide will share insights about its history during the visit.

The tour will proceed to the Ribeira district, known for its colorful houses. Throughout the walk, the specialized guide will provide information about Porto’s medieval period.

The guided tour will conclude after a 2-hour walk, in the Praça do Infante, which honors Henry the Navigator, noted for his role in the great discoveries of the New World.
