Apóstoles + Santa Maria Jesuit Ruins

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Posadas to start our tour through Misiones. Our first stop is at Apóstoles, known as the capital of yerba mate in Argentina. Enjoy a panoramic tour through the city, passing by Casa del Monte (House of Mate) and St. Peter's and St. Paul's Churches.

Next, we'll visit the Juan Szychowski Historical Museum, where you can explore the exhibit dedicated to yerba mate history at your own pace. Then, we'll stop in Azara for a traditional lunch at La Granja de Don Casiano restaurant.

After lunch, we will pass through Tres Capones to visit the Manto Sagrado de Maria Church. The route continues to the village of Concepción de la Sierra, where we will admire the Jesuit mission of Concepción. Finally, we will reach the ruins of Santa Maria la Mayor for a guided tour of the Jesuit settlement.

After 12 hours of cultural exploration, we will return you to your hotel in Posadas.
