Let yourself be enchanted by the waterfalls of Salto Encantado and Moconá on our day trip. You'll explore these two provincial parks in Misiones and admire their breathtaking waterfalls.

Salto Encantado & Moconá Day Trip

At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in Posadas for a drive to Salto Encantado Provincial Park.

The tour will begin at this important natural area, where we will admire the waterfall that gives the park its name, with water cascading from a height of 210 feet (64 metres). Nearby smaller waterfalls will also be visible, including La Olla, Picaflor, Escondido, and Acutí.

After Salto Encantado, we'll proceed to Moconá Provincial Park, which translates to "the one that swallows everything" in Guaraní. This area features a unique geological fault.

Over this fault, located in the Uruguay riverbed, a set of waterfalls, 82 feet (25 metres) high, cascades down to a depth of 377 feet (115 metres). A boat trip will allow us to take in these waterfalls.

At Moconá Provincial Park, we'll also visit the Yabotí Biosphere Reserve, where the river of the same name flows into the Pepirí Guazú, Uruguay, Serapio, and Calixto Rivers.

Our last stop will be the Yabotí restaurant, where you can have a traditional meal at your own expense, which includes a main course and dessert.

After lunch, we’ll return to your hotel in Posadas, dropping you off around 7 pm.
