Salto Encantado & Moconá Day Trip

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Posadas and drive to the Salto Encantado Provincial Park.

During the tour of this important natural area, we'll admire the main waterfall, which cascades down from a height of 210 feet (64 metres), and smaller waterfalls such as La Olla, Picaflor, Escondido, and Acutí.

After visiting Salto Encantado, we will proceed to the Moconá Provincial Park. This area features a unique geological fault over which a set of 82-foot (25-metre) high waterfalls cascades to a depth of 377 feet (115 metres). We will experience these waterfalls on a boat trip through the Moconá Falls.

While in the Moconá Provincial Park, we will also visit the Yabotí Biosphere Reserve, where the Yabotí river flows into the Pepirí Guazú, Uruguay, Serapio, and Calixto Rivers.

Our final stop will be at the Yabotí restaurant, where you can enjoy a traditional meal at your own expense, featuring a main course of meat, vegetables or pasta, and dessert.

After lunch, we will return to your hotel in Posadas, dropping you off around 7 pm.
