Potosí Private Day Trips

Eye of the Inca (3 hours)

This trip crosses the Potosí plain to discover its natural wonders. A brief stop at Devil's Cave is included before reaching the village of Tarapaya. From there, walk to the Eye of the Inca hot springs for a dip.

Uyuni Salt Flat (9 hours)

Depart to the Uyuni Salt Flat, featuring the train cemetery to see Bolivia's first locomotives. The trip continues to the town of Colchani, where we'll see the "salt eyes," the Playa Blanca hotel, and Pescado Island. The day concludes with a sunset over Uyuni.

Kari Kari Lagoons (7 hours)

Travel from your hotel to the Kari Kari Lagoons hiking route, visiting the ponds of San Ildefonso, Chalviri, San Rafael, and San Pablo. Encounter local wildlife and enjoy views from the Apacheta viewpoint.

Hacienda Cayara and Villacolo (8 hours)

Depart for Hacienda Cayara, built in 1557, to visit its museum and colonial architecture. Continue to Hacienda Villacolo to see its dam and nearby cave paintings.
