Can you imagine snorkelling in an underwater archaeological site? Join us for a unique experience at Baia Park, in the Gulf of Pozzuoli.
Snorkelling Details
We will meet at Via Miliscola 165 at the designated time to head to the Underwater Archaeological Park of Baia, located in the Gulf of Naples.
Upon arrival, you will be equipped with snorkelling goggles and fins to dive into the turquoise Mediterranean Sea and explore this underwater treasure trove. Prepare to discover the ruins of an ancient Roman city.
While submerged, you will experience a journey back in time, observing statues and learning about everyday life in Antiquity. We will also explore why these ruins are underwater today.
We will swim among well-preserved columns, porticoes, and mosaics, reflecting what Baia was like during the Imperial era. You will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the area and a multitude of colourful fish.
After approximately 1.5 hours, we will conclude the activity, return the snorkelling equipment, and take you back to the meeting point. We look forward to seeing you again!
