In the South of Bohemia, you can find Cesky Krumlov, a fairytale town which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992.

Description

Leaving Prague at 8:30 am, we head to Cesky Krumlov, the medieval town that has the second largest castle in the Czech Republic.

The guide will navigate through the narrow streets of the historic center, featuring Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque buildings from noble families of Rozmberk, Eggenberg, and Schwarzenberg. You will then have free time to explore the city at your own pace.

The tour includes a visit to the castle, the main attraction in Cesky Krumlov. The guide will present the castle's exterior, and if desired, tickets can be purchased for interior access. The interior houses antique furniture, artworks, tapestries, and unusual ornate weapons. The grounds offer a unique revolving theatre that changes with the scenes.

The tour returns to Prague, arriving around 6:30 pm.
