Description

Leaving Prague at 8:30 am, the tour travels to Cesky Krumlov, which features the second largest castle in the Czech Republic. The guide will navigate through the winding streets in the historic center, showcasing Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque buildings associated with noble families like Rozmberk, Eggenberg, and Schwarzenberg. Guests will have free time to explore the city at their own pace.

The highlight of the tour is the Cesky Krumlov Castle. The guide will present the stunning exterior, and tickets can be purchased for those wishing to enter. The interior includes antique furniture, artworks, tapestries, and unique ornate weapons. Visitors can also explore the castle grounds which feature a unique revolving theatre that turns at the change of scene.

The tour concludes with a return to Prague, arriving around 6:30 pm.

Please note that Cesky Krumlov Castle is open at the following times:

From January 2nd to March 31st, 2025: Tuesday to Sunday. Only the castle museum and tower can be visited.From April 1st to October 31st, 2025: Tuesday to Sunday.
