Canyon Churriado Quad Tour
We will meet at the Estrada Geral Costão Novo to start an exciting quad tour through the Churriado Canyon, one of the notable gorges in Rio Grande do Sul, southeastern Brazil.
The 8-kilometer (4.9-mile) route includes traversing rural roads in the Churriado Canyon area. The journey features crystalline rivers, dense forests, and unpaved trails, leading us to the Quedas waterfall.
After a dip at the waterfall, we will enter Churriado Canyon, located in Serra Geral National Park, which stretches 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) with rock walls ranging from 260 to 720 meters (850 to 2,362 feet) high, surrounded by rich vegetation.
During the ride, we will look for the local fauna and learn about the endemic vegetation of the area, showcasing the biodiversity present here.
After 1.5 hours of exploration, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the quad tour.
