If you want to explore one of the most beautiful places in Santa Catarina, you cannot miss this hiking route through Rio do Boi, where we'll walk along this riverbed and its natural environment.

We'll pick you up at 8:30 am at your hotel in Praia Grande to take you to the path where we'll start the Rio do Boi hiking route.

Once at the start of the trail, we'll embark on a 13-kilometre (8 miles) walk through an area of high difficulty. We will make several stops to enhance the itinerary. The first hour and a half will take us through a wooded area where we will learn to distinguish different botanical species.

Next, we will transition from the forest to a valley of crystalline waters next to the Boi riverbed, crossing it at various points, where water levels may reach our ankles or knees, presenting a challenge.

We will continue our hike through Rio do Boi enjoying the scenery of the Itaimbezinho canyon. There will be a break for a picnic lunch comprising a sandwich, a cereal bar, a piece of fruit, and an energy drink.

After refreshments, we will walk back to the starting point of the hiking route and return to your hotel in Praia Grande, arriving between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
