We'll pick you up at around 9 am from your accommodation in Praia and travel to Cidade Velha. Here, you'll visit the San Felipe Fort, located 120 metres above sea level, built to defend the city against pirate attacks, including one from Francis Drake.

In the city center, explore the ruins of the cathedral, dating back to the 16th century. Next, we will visit the main square, previously the slave market, and see the Pelourinho, site of public executions.

No visit to Cidade Velha is complete without walking along the iconic Banana street, renowned for its colorful houses, and the fifteenth-century church of Our Lady of the Rosary.

We will proceed to a local restaurant for lunch featuring grilled fish, dessert, and coffee. The tour concludes with a return trip to Praia, where we will drop you back at your hotel by approximately 3:30 pm.
