At the designated hour, we will gather at Eleftheriou Venizelou Street in Preveza to set sail on this boat excursion around the Gulf of Arta. Throughout the day, you will navigate the soothing waters of the Ionian Sea, while uncovering the historical and ecological significance of this remarkable region in northwest Greece.

During our voyage, you'll learn a variety of intriguing facts about the Ambracian Gulf. For instance, it is also referred to as the Gulf of Arta or Actium Gulf, and is nearly enclosed, featuring just a 700-metre (2,296 feet) narrow channel that links it to the sea. The wealth of information will be endless!

Our adventure continues as we venture further into the sea in pursuit of dolphins! This area is home to the well-known bottlenose dolphin, and gradually, you may witness them drawing closer to the boat, providing opportunities to capture stunning photographs of these magnificent creatures.

Following our dolphin observations, we will pause for a and indulge in a delectable lunch on board. The meal will include fresh fish or shellfish, paired with a potato and tomato salad. Refreshments such as water, juice, beer, or wine will be available to accompany your meal.

After spending approximately 4 to 5 hours exploring the Ambracian Gulf, we will return to our original meeting point. Until next time!
