Snorkelling in the turquoise waters of Providencia is a must-do activity, showcasing marine fauna at Morgan's Head, McBean Lagoon National Park, and nearby cays.
Description
At the designated time, we will meet at the floating bar near Santa Catalina Bridge to board a boat for a snorkelling adventure in Providencia's clear waters.
We will first sail to Morgan's Head, where we will anchor for 20 minutes of snorkelling, allowing you to appreciate the vibrant marine life, including coloured fish and starfish.
Next, we will approach Cayo Basalto and Cayo Palmera, located behind Santa Catalina Island. During this second dive, you will observe a variety of fish and corals, alongside stingrays and manta rays.
The third stop will be at Crab Cay, a small island in the Old Providence McBean Lagoon National Park, where there may be opportunities to spot turtles or barracudas. Lastly, we will visit White Soal to observe coral and marine species transplantation.
We will conclude our 3-hour marine experience and return to the starting point.
