Villarrica Volcano Hike

At 6 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Pucón and drive to the base of the Villarrica Volcano. Upon arrival, we'll take a chairlift to an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level. From there, we will begin a hiking route to the summit of Villarrica, which stands at 2,847 meters above sea level.

The ascent will be of medium-high difficulty and will last 4 to 5 hours. During this time, we will see the Villarrica crater, which measures 200 meters in diameter and constantly emits smoke.

From the summit, you will have the opportunity to view other peaks such as the Lanín and Quetrupillán volcanoes, along with the Villarica and Calafquén lakes. On a clear day, you may also see the green valleys bordering these lakes.

We will have a stop for a picnic lunch while taking in the panoramic views.

After the hike, we will take the chairlift back to the base of the volcano and return to your hotel in Pucón by 6 pm.
