Cross the border into Argentina on this trip to Aconcagua Park. You will discover the highest mountain in the Americas and the mystical Laguna del Inca lake. Are you ready for a real adventure?

Aconcagua Park Trip

Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and head north from Santiago. After approximately 50 minutes of driving, we will stop at the monument to the Chacabuco victory, allowing time for breakfast.

Next, we will visit the Salto del Soldado, a ravine where the Aconcagua river flows below. There is a local legend about a soldier escaping persecution here.

Following this, we will cross the border into Argentina, where you can enjoy a traditional drink and empanada, with caramel sandwiched between shortbread biscuits and covered in coconut.

Upon arrival at Aconcagua Park, we will embark on a two-hour trek around the foot of the highest mountain in the Americas, which exceeds 22,000 feet. This hike offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

After the trek, you will have free time to eat before we return to Santiago. Our return journey includes a stop at Laguna del Inca lake in the Portillo region. Local folklore narrates that the lake was formed by the tears of an Inca prince mourning for his deceased bride.

Our tour concludes in the late afternoon with your drop-off back at your hotel.
