Exotic birds, beautiful nature, and fascinating artisan culture await you on this trip to Tricao Park from Santiago, which also includes a guided tour of Pomaire town. You'll encounter one of the largest aviaries in Latin America and discover important pottery traditions.

Description

After picking you up at your hotels in Santiago de Chile at 7:30 am, we'll set off west on our trip to Tricao Park. The journey, lasting about an hour and a half, will be made by car, minibus, or bus, depending on group size.

Upon arrival, a guided tour of Tricao Park will take place, including a visit to its aviary, one of the largest globally. For the next 2 hours, enjoy walking along paths and bridges while observing various exotic species. We'll also explore the Giverny Wetland, inspired by the gardens of Claude Monet.

Next, we will travel to the town of Pomaire, where you will have free time to eat as you wish. Afterwards, a walking tour will highlight this settlement’s famous artisan pottery tradition, with opportunities to purchase souvenirs at local handicraft shops.

This excursion concludes with a return to your hotel in Santiago at 5 pm.
