Tour Puebla's beautiful historic centre, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and discover its monumental heritage with this free tour. And it's free!

Free Tour of Puebla

Our guided tour begins in the Puebla Town Square at the scheduled time, next to the fountain found in the centre. From here we'll explore the links between Mexico and Europe, admiring the majestic facade of the Puebla cathedral, characterized by its Herrerian architectural style.

The Spanish legacy can also be seen in the Palafoxiana Library. We will visit its main entrance to learn about this significant archive, one of the first on the American continent. After the tour, you can explore this literary temple at your own pace. We will also highlight various points of interest to investigate later, such as the Regional Museum of the Mexican Revolution.

The tour continues next to the Church of San Francisco, the city’s first convent. Our route includes a visit to the artisanal market of El Parián and the Alley of the Frogs, with an explanation of the origin of its name provided by your guide.

Finally, we will head to the grounds of the Santo Domingo Church and the Chapel of the Rosary, notable as 'colonial jewels' in Puebla's historic centre. The guided tour lasts two and a half hours, concluding in the historic centre's streets.
