The tour begins at Puebla Town Square at the scheduled time, next to the central fountain. Participants will explore the connections between Mexico and Europe, admiring the facade of Puebla cathedral, showcasing its Herrerian architectural style that emphasizes geometric precision over elaborate decoration.

The Spanish influence is also evident at the Palafoxiana Library, where the main entrance will be highlighted to discuss the history of this significant archive, one of the earliest established on the American continent. After the tour, visitors can explore this literary site at their own pace, along with other attractions like the Regional Museum of the Mexican Revolution, pointed out during the tour.

The free tour continues to the Church of San Francisco, the first convent in the city. The route includes a visit to the artisanal market of El Parián and the ‘Alley of the Frogs,’ with explanations about the origin of its name provided by the tour guide.
