Our first destination will be the Rosario Chapel, revered as one of the most striking examples of New Spain Baroque architecture, renowned for its dazzling gold embellishments. From there, we will venture to La Victoria, one of the city’s pioneering shopping centers, where tradition and modernity blend seamlessly.
Next, we will visit the Regional Museum of the Mexican Revolution, a historic residence that safeguards significant memories and pivotal events from this era. Our tour will then lead us to the Artista district, a delightful area filled with workshops and galleries showcasing the creative works of local artists.
Just a stone's throw away lies El Parián Market, Puebla's hallmark craft market, perfect for acquiring souvenirs, artisanal goods, and tasting local specialties like chalupas, cemitas, and traditional sweets from the region.
We will then continue to the charming Callejón de los Sapos, famed for its antique shops and lively atmosphere. Our next stop will be the Casa de la Cultura, a historic mansion that now hosts art exhibitions and is home to the continent's oldest library, the Palafoxiana Library.
