4-day PADI Open Water Course

The PADI Open Water Diver course spans 4 consecutive days:

Day 1

Meet at the dive centre in Calle Igancio Hernandez for an introductory theory class covering safety rules underwater.

Day 2

Familiarize yourself with diving equipment, learning to put on your wetsuit, flippers, goggles, snorkel, oxygen tank and other necessary gear. Enjoy your first practical diving lesson in the pool, applying knowledge from the theory class while continuing to learn diving techniques.

Day 3

Meet at the dive centre for two confined water dives, gaining essential skills to dive at the sea bottom. This day concludes with a final theory lesson.

Day 4

Prepare equipment and head to the coast of San Cristóbal for two open water dives, descending to 18 metres (59 feet). You'll also take an exam for the PADI Open Water Diver certificate, enabling you to explore underwater treasures globally.

Experts Course

If you're not a beginner diver, the expert course is recommended. It lasts four days and includes five adventure dives, with two compulsory dives: Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive. Choose from seven additional options for the rest. Upon completion, receive a temporary PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification card, validating worldwide, allowing a depth range of 30 metres (98 feet).
