Ciudad Cortés Zip Line

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the zip line camp located on the outskirts of Ciudad Cortés, a town in the Costa Rican canton of Osa. This area of the province of Puntarenas is known for its lush jungle landscapes.

After adjusting your helmets, harnesses, and other safety equipment, the instructor will explain the rules you must respect during the experience. Once you're ready, you'll take on a circuit of 11 zip lines, ranging from nearly 300 feet (91 meters) to 1,640 feet (500 meters) long.

The course features 16 platforms, three offering views of the sea, the Térraba River, and Caño Island. While you savor these landscapes from the heights, you'll slide through the treetops at high speed. On one of the zip lines, you can even slide upside down. Ready to channel your inner Tarzan?

Between platforms, you'll walk for about 200 feet (60 meters), but the effort will be worth it. On two wooden platforms, one at 60 feet (18 meters) and the other at 300 feet (91 meters), you'll be able to practice rappelling from the treetops.

The zip line circuit will last three to four hours depending on your pace, ending at the base camp with a tasting of fruits, cookies, and juices.
