Admire the incredible night sky in a unique location on our Teide Stargazing Tour. We'll set off from North Tenerife and take a guided tour of the Teide Observatory while gazing at constellations.

Teide Stargazing Tour from North Tenerife

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point in North Tenerife and board the minibus to the Teide National Park.

Our first stop will be the Teide Observatory, known for one of the most important solar telescopes globally since it began operating in 1964. Inside, we will take a guided tour to learn about its technology.

During the observatory tour, we will explain why Tenerife is a premier location for stargazing and see the sun through its telescopes.

We will admire the sunset on Mount Teide as the sun sets behind the volcano, providing a stunning view of the sky’s colors.

At the base station of the Teide cable car, we'll rest for 30 minutes while enjoying a picnic meal of a sausage and cheese sandwich, a sweet treat, and a bottle of water or soft drink.

Afterward, you'll have 1 hour 15 minutes to use long-range telescopes to spot constellations, locate the North Star, and explore links between Greek mythology and celestial bodies.

We will then drop you off at the starting point after a total of 8 hours.

Tour with or without food

You can choose the tour option without food if you prefer to bring your own meal.

This activity includes pickup from Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava and Santa Úrsula. A full list of pickup locations will be available upon booking, and we will inform you of the exact pickup time based on your location and the sunset time.
