Cycling Adventure in Iguazú National Park
Your experience begins with a pickup at your accommodation in Puerto Iguazú at the specified time, followed by a scenic drive to the magnificent Iguazú National Park, located in the beautiful Misiones province of Argentina.
Upon arrival at this marvelous conservation area, we will commence our cycling journey from the Gendarmerie post along National Route 101. This pathway, a trail winding through the jungles, links Puerto Iguazú with the charming town of Comandante Andresito. Along the way, we will pause several times to observe local butterfly species, along with a variety of birds, including toucans, and mammals such as the tapir.
The initial segment of our cycling route spans approximately 1.2 miles (2 km), during which you'll also gain insights into the diverse plant life in the region. Following this, we will cover an additional 1.8 miles (3 km) until we arrive at the Iguazú River’s edge. While we won’t witness the famed waterfalls, the breathtaking panoramic vistas of the verdant landscapes that define this part of South America will surely captivate you.
A break will then allow you to savor the packed meal you've brought along, providing a moment to deeply appreciate the verdant jungle scenery that unfolds alongside the Iguazú River.
The cycling excursion will wrap up with our return to the Gendarmerie post. After that, we will drive you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazú, completing the tour approximately 4 hours after the initial pickup.
