Diving in Puerto López

Do you have official diving certification and want to explore the seabed of Puerto Lopez? Stingrays, sea turtles, moray eels, hundreds of fish and many other species of aquatic fauna await you in this area of Ecuador!

Diving in Puerto López

At 8 am we'll meet at the Piedra del Mar hotel, where you can try on your wetsuit before starting the aquatic adventure. Afterward, we'll walk to the beach of Puerto Lopez and board a boat to Salango Cove. The fun begins!

While we sail, we'll assist with diving equipment and explain the safety rules to respect during the activity.

We'll do two dives, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. We'll admire the beauty of the seabed of Puerto Lopez and swim with huge manta rays. The dives will also feature sea turtles, moray eels, anemones, fish and many other species of aquatic flora and fauna.

We'll finish the activity at 5 pm, arriving at the starting point.

Necessary Documentation

To participate in this diving trip, it's necessary to have the International Open Water certificate or similar that certifies readiness for this activity.
