Los Frailes Beach Tour

At 9 am, we will meet at the Hotel Piedra del Mar in Puerto Lopez for the journey to Machalilla National Park. Discover the protected area that houses the last dry forest reserves and the beautiful Los Frailes beach, with its ideal conditions for relaxation.

Participants will have approximately three hours of free time to enjoy the beach's calm waters, explore various trails, or discover the forest's viewpoints. The excursion concludes at 1 pm with a return to your hotel in Puerto Lopez.

Los Frailes Beach + Agua Blanca Community Tour

This extended option includes a visit to the Agua Blanca community. The morning continues with the same itinerary as previously mentioned. At 1 pm, we will proceed to the indigenous population within Machalilla National Park.

During the visit, participants will explore the Agua Blanca museum to view artifacts from the Manteña, Huancavilca, and other civilizations before the Incas. Afterwards, a walk through the dry forest leads to a sulphurous water lagoon for a refreshing dip, known for its skin benefits. Finally, the return to Puerto López is scheduled for 3 pm.
