PADI Open Water Course

PADI Open Water Course

The PADI Open Water course comprises three parts, which can be completed in 2 or 3 days, based on your choice of classroom or distance learning.

Day 1

The first part involves a theoretical lesson on diving principles. This can be completed face-to-face or via home study with provided documents. You must attend the second day for practical lessons.

Day 2

The second day begins with diving in confined waters to practice learned skills. After a lunch break, you'll proceed to the open sea for two dives up to 12 meters (40 feet), building confidence for independent diving.

Day 3

The final day consists of two more open water dives to explore Puerto López. Upon completion, you will receive your PADI Open Water certificate.

PADI Advanced Open Water Course

The PADI Advanced Open Water course extends your diving depth limit to 30 meters (98 feet) and enhances skills from your previous PADI course.

You will complete five dives: one Deep Adventure Dive, one Underwater Navigator Adventure Dive, and three additional dives from:

Upon completion, you will receive a temporary PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification card. Your permanent certification card will be mailed to you within a few weeks.
