Salango Island Tour
At 10 am, we'll meet at the Hotel Piedra del Mar in Puerto López. From there, we'll head to the port to take a boat to Salango Island.
Once on board, we'll sail the calm waters of Machalilla National Park, one of the most extensive protected areas of the Ecuadorian coast.
During the crossing, we'll appreciate the landscape and observe the animals in this area, including birds like blue-footed boobies, cliffs, and other rock formations. Don't forget to bring your camera!
Arriving near the island, you'll have free time to snorkel in its clear waters and admire the coral reefs. Together with the guide, we'll learn about the marine biodiversity of the region. This is a chance to see a starfish up close!
After four hours of exploration, we'll conclude the excursion at 2 pm back at the starting point.
