Patagonia Penguin Watching
Having picked you up from your hotel in Puerto Madryn, we will head directly to Punta Tombo, the premier location for penguin viewing in South America, allowing for close encounters with the birds. At the visitor center, you will learn about the Patagonian Penguins and their seasonal ecosystem.
In addition to the penguins, this region is home to various local wildlife, such as guancos, Patagonian maras, rheas, and foxes. After some free time for lunch, we will proceed to the Isla Escondida coast, known for its population of elephant seals, which can reach sizes of up to 5 meters and weigh 4 tonnes.
After a full day appreciating the region's biodiversity, we will return to your hotel in Puerto Madryn.
