Located in the middle of the Golfo Nuevo bay, the Punta Loma Reserve is home to a major colony of sea lions. On this tour, you can see these large animals up close!

Punta Loma Sea Lion Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Madryn and then head directly to the sea lion reserve of Punta Loma, located only 30 minutes outside the city. Upon arrival at this wildlife park, we will go to the observation point to witness the sea lions that inhabit the coastline of the Chubut province.

During the tour, you will learn about the feeding habits of these animals and the reasons for the large colony in the area. You will also hear about the local wildlife, which is protected to avoid extinction, and see a colony of Cormorant birds.

After watching the sea lions, we will take a guided tour of Puerto Madryn before returning to the hotels in the city.
