Upon your cruise ship's arrival at the port of Puerto Madryn, we will greet you and set off towards the Valdes Peninsula (entry not included), a remarkable nature reserve located just outside the city.

The journey takes us across the isthmus of Carlos Ameghino, linking the peninsula to the Chabut province on the mainland. This impressive wilderness spans 1,400 square miles and is home to a diverse array of animal species. Our first stop will be the Interpretation Center at the entrance of the reserve, where an observation point offers breathtaking views across the peninsula's gulfs and the Isla de Los Pájaros (Bird Island), inhabited by gulls, herons, and even penguins.

Next, we will visit the bay of Caleta Valdés, where you can observe magnificent Elephant Seals and Sea Lions in their natural habitat. For a closer encounter, we will proceed to Punta Cantor, followed by a short break for a meal if desired (not included).

Rejuvenated, we will continue exploring the peninsula. With some luck, we may encounter the impressive orcas, the largest members of the oceanic dolphin family, hunting in pods.

Our final destination is the quaint Puerto Pirámides, the only settlement on the peninsula. This stunning area has been classified as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve due to its rich biodiversity. Amidst the azure waters and soft white sands, you will find a large colony of remarkable sea lions.

In the afternoon, we will return to the port of Puerto Madryn, ensuring you have ample time to board your cruise ship.
