Day 1: Puerto Montt

Meeting at 4 pm at Hostal Casa Ankulenmo in Puerto Montt, participants will meet the team of guides and drivers and finalize the tour details. This location will also serve as accommodation for the first night.

Day 2: Puerto Montt - La Arena - Hornopirén

After breakfast, travel by minibus to La Arena pier for a boat across the Reloncaví Estuary to Caleta Puelche. Cycle along the northern section of Route 7 to Hornopirén, concluding the day's ride at a central hostel.

Day 3: Hornopirén - Chaitén

Board a boat for a five-hour journey to Caleta Gonzalo, then cycle through Pumalín National Park and past Chaitén volcano, ending at a campsite near Chaitén.

Day 4: Chaitén - Yelcho Lake

Cycling from Chaitén, stop in Puerto Cardenas to see the suspension bridge over the Yelcho River and glacier. Continue to a campsite on Yelcho Lake.

Day 5: Yelcho Lake - La Junta

Cycling from the campsite to Villa Santa Lucía, witness the aftermath of a mudslide from 2017. End the day at a hostel in La Junta.

Day 6: La Junta - Puyuhuapi

Ride into Queulat National Park, dine in Puyuhuapi, and visit the Ventisquero hot springs. Overnight at a hostel between La Junta and Puyuhuapi.

Day 7: Puyuhuapi - Queulat National Park

Cycling along the Puyuhuapi fjord leads into Queulat National Park with an optional hike to the Ventisquero Colgante viewpoint. Stay at a campsite in the park.

Day 8: Queulat National Park - Villa Amengual

Cycling Cuesta Queulat, enjoy panoramic views before reaching a campsite in Villa Amengual.

Day 9: Villa Amengual - Villa Mañihuales

Continue cycling towards Villa Mañihuales through Lago Las Torres National Reserve, culminating at a campsite.

Day 10: Villa Mañihuales - Coyhaique

Cycle through winding roads, stopping for lunch in Villa Ortega, and conclude at a hostel in Coyhaique.

Day 11: Coyhaique

Breakfast at the hostel in Coyhaique marks the end of the tour.

Accommodation & meals

The tour includes 10 nights of accommodation with breakfast at various hostels and campsites. Lunches will consist of two snacks provided during cycling, while dinners will vary based on availability, not included in the tour price.

Bike rental

A rental option for bike and helmet is available upon reservation. A tour without equipment is also possible.
