Frutillar is a notable town on Lake Llanquihue; experience it on this day trip from Puerto Montt.

At approximately 2 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel in central Puerto Montt and head north to our first destination: Llanquihue.

Here, we will explore the source of the Maullin River and learn about the old Settlers' Route. This town is notably known for its jerky. We will also visit Lake Llanquihue, the second-largest lake in Chile.

Our next stop will be Frutillar, a German village featuring traditional wooden Bavarian houses. We will learn about the Frutillar Music Weeks and its status as the music capital of the country.

As we walk through the colorful streets and observe the well-maintained gardens, we will enjoy views of the Puntiagudo and Osorno volcanoes. If desired, you can visit the German Colonial Museum and admire the Teatro del Lago, one of the most important theaters in South America.

Finally, we will return to Puerto Montt, approximately arriving at your hotel by 6:30 pm.
