At 8:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in central Puerto Montt and proceed to Lake Llanquihue to explore its shore villages.

The first stop will be the municipality of Llanquihue, known for its cured meats and as the source of the Maullín River. The name 'Llanquihue' is derived from the Mapuche language, meaning 'the place where one dives into water.'

Next, we will visit Frutillar, a village with Bavarian roots marked by traditional wooden houses and gardens. You will see its notable German breweries and the renowned Avant-garde Teatro del Lago. Optionally, you can visit the German Colonial Museum for insights into the area's early Teutonic settlers.

Our tour will continue to Puerto Octay, located on the northern banks, characterized by traditional German architecture. We will explore its squares and discuss its economic history as it was the first port to export agricultural products to Osorno.

We will begin our return journey to Puerto Montt, where we expect to arrive around 2 pm.
