Petrohue Waterfalls & Osorno Volcano Day Trip

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in central Puerto Montt. We'll set off for Puerto Varas to reach the Osorno Volcano. During our journey along the Ensenada Road, we'll skirt Lake Llanquihue and view Osorno in the distance.

Upon arrival at the Ski and Mountain Centre, located at 4,068 feet (1,240 metres), you'll have 1 hour of free time to take in the views of the Osorno Volcano, Calbuco, and the Pacific Ocean. A chairlift is available to take you to the Primavera or Glacier station, and hot chocolate is offered for enjoyment while admiring the landscape.

Next, we will head to the Petrohue Waterfalls in Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. You'll see a series of waterfalls with crystal-clear water cascading over a basaltic lava tongue.

Optionally, you can take a 40-minute boat ride on Todos los Santos Lake for additional views of this natural area.

We'll conclude our day trip by returning to your hotel in Puerto Montt, arriving around 4 pm.
