Petrohue Waterfalls & Osorno Volcano Day Trip

At 8:30 am, pickup will be from your hotel in central Puerto Montt. The tour will proceed to Puerto Varas en route to Osorno Volcano, known as Chile's Mount Fuji.

During the journey along Ensenada Road, views of Lake Llanquihue and Osorno will be visible. Legend has it that an evil spirit named Peripillán resides within the volcano.

Upon arrival at the Ski and Mountain Centre, located at an altitude of 4,068 feet (1,240 metres), there will be 1 hour of free time to appreciate the views of Osorno Volcano, Calbuco, and the Pacific Ocean. A chairlift to the Primavera or Glacier station is available, and guests can enjoy hot chocolate while taking in the snowy landscape.

The next stop will be the Petrohue Waterfalls in Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, known for their crystal-clear water cascading over basaltic lava formations.

Optionally, a 40-minute boat ride on Todos los Santos Lake is available for those wishing to view the area's natural landscape.

The day trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Puerto Montt by around 4 pm.
