At the designated time, we'll meet on the street at the entrance of Puerto Morelos to begin our culinary adventure.

Our first stop will feature a variety of authentic tacos, made with ancestral recipes. Then, we'll try traditional handmade sopes with thick corn tortillas and fresh ingredients.

Next, we'll taste exquisite quesadillas, stuffed with melted cheese in freshly made tortillas.

Our next stop will be to try cochinita pibil, a Yucatecan dish of slow-roasted pork marinated in citric fruits and annatto and cooked in banana leaves.
