At the designated time, we'll meet on the street at the entrance of Puerto Morelos to begin our culinary adventure.

At our first stop, we'll indulge in a variety of authentic tacos, made with ancestral recipes. Next, we'll try some traditional handmade sopes with thick corn tortillas covered in fresh ingredients.

We'll also taste exquisite quesadillas, stuffed with melted cheese and wrapped in freshly made tortillas, highlighting the heart of Mexican cuisine.

Next, we will try cochinita pibil, a Yucatecan dish of slow-roasted pork marinated in citric fruits and annatto and cooked in banana leaves for a unique flavor.
